This place is dishonest. They did work on my sons car for the previous owner. That replaced the water pump and in a little over a year it went out. They state that the warranty doesn't transfer. That I could understand but Niello BMW found that the water pump was put on wrong and that of the three retaining bolts one was broken. A BAD REPAIR. Auto surgeon says that someone else must have worked on the water pump in the interim. So they are saying in a year time period someone else worked on the car. Wouldn't that mean that something was wrong with their work. Anyway as a multiple BMW owner, don't take you car there.

Nice waiting area, A/C, coffee, comfy chairs, cartoons for the kids...or adults if you're like me. Friendly staff who took the time to explain my print out of services. Saved $50 over the quote from Firestone for the same alignment service.

These guys were awesome, I bought a used car for my daughter and turns out it needed tons of work. The staff here were very helpful and went out of their way to solve all my issues. The price was far and was very happy.

I have always taken my 2009 Rav4 to the Toyota dealer but this time, after reading the Yelp reviews, I thought I would give My Auto Surgeon (MAS) a try ... I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly. My brakes were making intermittent scraping noises and it turns out I needed new rotors and brake pads. I had no idea what a rotor was and when I asked about it Marlene brought over a display and explained what they were and what they did. I really appreciated her extra efforts. After I picked my car up I checked my Toyota invoice from years ago - they replaced the brake pads and only smoothed the rotors. MAS replaced the the brake pads AND replaced the rotors ... at far LESS cost than the dealer , who did less work. VERY happy with my experience and I will be bringing my car here again.

I would HIGHLY recommend My Auto Surgeon! After being jerked around by several other mechanic / Auto repair places I took my car to My Auto Surgeon for a wheel alignment after being rear ended. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, the service was quick, and the price was half what the other places quoted. I will be using them for ALL my auto repair needs from now on!!!

I had my car breaks done there and It is working so much better. GENE is very happy with his old 2009 Toyota THEY did a great job and will look forward to sending friends and another visit to you when things go wrong. I was very happy with the time it took to get the job done with a wait that was not as bad as I had expected. Best shop in town!!! Look no further for all your automotive needs. Marlene and the crew will provide excellent customer service and use only the best possible parts on the market. No overpriced refurbished parts here folks. And not to mention their honesty. They will not try and upswell you on things you don't need. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else except here. Thank you My Auto Surgeon. Reviving my hope that there is still honest, kind, hard working people out there! Keep up the great work.

After reading so many positive reviews I decided to take my car here. All of the reviews were true! My AC was acting up, and they were able to get my car in quickly, repair my car quickly & do it for half as much as the prices online said this kind of repair would be. I would definitely go back for any future repairs.

My second visit. I am so impressed with the communication (Marlene is a sweet heart), the speed and frankly the honesty that seems so hard to find these days. I am quite knowledgeable about autos and can spot being overcharged a mile a way. In both my encounters (fuel pump and now the alternator), the price came in less than I expected. There were no "up sells" or you "things you might want to consider", they just found the problem, fixed it fast, communicated well and charged a fair price. They get my highest recommendation.
