I didn't use their service to rate them! But the experience dealing with lady that answered the phone is best described as "Abbott and Costello" 7 minutes comedy! For that and for not wanting to tarnish their perfect record, I gave them 5 stars! I called and said I have a Honda Element that is throwing a check engine and ABS light and I believe needs front end work, I also told her that I checked via an OBDII and codes for check engine are related to excessive oxygen getting into the engine and I further believe is due to high idling! She said: we charge $98 to diagnose the check engine! I said: what about the brake and front end? She said: we charge $98 for each of those items. I said: what is the shops hourly rate? She said: $108 I said: Why don't you charge me the hourly rate and do the diagnosis by the hour! She said: but we may end up charging you 3 hours for each! I said why: she said because he may have to run a lot of tests! I said: I am sure it will not take more than 2 hours to diagnose a check engine, ABS and get under the car and look at the front end and test drive! She said: who know it may take 3 hours for each because there is lots of test and he has to test drive! I said thank you, have a nice day and called elsewhere! They should have people answer the phone who have some knowledge of work they do. But, it was an entertaining 7 minutes!!!

This is a great place to get repairs done on your vehicle. I needed to get some repairs done on my SUV and found this place on yelp. I emailed them to get a quote and they got back to me the same day. So I decided to I take it here because their quote was reasonably priced (lower than other shops). When I brought it in, they were very friendly and courteous and got me in right away. I picked up my car the next day and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend this shop and will bring my SUV back in the future if ever needed.

My Auto Surgeon is our go-to for ALL of our vehicles. From excellent customer service, to reasonable prices, they are top-notch. A good auto repair shop is worth its weight in gold and we are lucky to have found such a great place for our maintenance and repair needs for our vehicles. Highly recommend MAS!

We've been coming to My Auto Surgeon for years, first at their Rocklin shop and now this one because it's so much closer to our house. We've always be so happy with the quality of service and the amazing customer service we receive here every time we come in. Needing an auto repair is never a pleasant experience but Cameron and his crew make sure we always leave with a smile. My Auto Surgeon is our family's go to for repairs, Cameron does a great job of explaining what our cars need and our options. From a friendly greeting via phone call from Danny, to a very kind in person greeting from Tiana at the front desk. Both were very helpful getting me in for a front end allignment. The technician/mechanic as well was nothing shy of professional, kind and thoroughly detailed. I am very pleased and happy with not only the job done on my duramax, but also their customer service, and professionalism. Great group that I would absolutely recommend. Other observations were a clean and entertaining waiting room for those who would stay during repair. Also the garage was in very clean shape with quality name equipment. Thank you My Auto Surgeon.

We are new to town and needed a good auto shop. Tried this place because of the reviews on Monday the 11th. Everything went fine and the price was reasonable until my wife drove home. The tire pressure sensor lite up as she got home. After a phone call by her and me they say they don't work on that system. Unfortunately when you rotate the tires you have to reset the system according to the manual for the Honda Civic. The lady that answers the phone does not have great people skills. She comes off as kinda rude. Maybe they should learn how to reset the system or stop tire rotations.

Based on my first experience with this shop, they were communicative and responsive and resolved my vehicle issue with minimal drama for what seemed to be pretty average pricing. They seem reputable, friendly and competent, which is all I can ask for in a business. Glad to have found a solid mechanic (though I hope I don't need to use them frequently...HA!).

Had a groupon for a smog check. Took it in, was done in less than 30 min. Easy, fast, cheap.

Excellent customer service!!! Didn't realize til I got there that they were the same guys who did my smog check 2 years ago, I was already impressed then & continue to be impressed with their fast service. Was told it would take at least 30min for the test but was done in 15min! Gave me a copy of the smog test & certificate & reasonable price too! DMV already processed my renewal so am just waiting for my new sticker! Thanks Chris!!! Will see you again on my next smog test!

I've bounced around mechanics for a while never really finding a place that I liked until I found My Auto Surgeon! This place is amazing, and I always know that they are going to take amazing care of my car! I have taken my car there several times for a variety of things and they always put me at ease. They always take the time to explain what they found and what the best options are, which I really appreciate. They are super reliable, I have never had a bad experience there. Cameron and the whole staff are wonderful. Happy to say that I love my mechanic!
