I've had my vehicle in this shop a few different times for different work each time, each visit has been a good experience! They fixed the problems the first time at a fair price. They are easy to work with if you have a busy schedule, after hour drop off available, and they stayed in touch via phone while work was being done. I will definitely come back for future service on my vehicles.

I’ve been using My Auto Surgeon auto shops for well over 10 years.

Had a rather complicated alignment issue with a G35 with a custom modified suspension setup and they did a fantastic job. Explained the issues, options and made the adjustments that fit with my driving style so the car handles perfectly now! Highly recommend! If your suspension is modified, don't settle for a generic alignment- have these guys set it up properly.

Took my Mini Cooper here for transmission diagnostic. They were super helpful and informative. I really like they had drop off after hours service as well. When I came to pick up my vehicle the two guys at the counter on Saturday were so nice and seemed to go above and beyond with their customer service! I will be bringing my vehicles back if they ever need any service from now on!

Some times it can be hard to find reliable car service with outstanding customer service, but these guys are a class act. Every interaction I had with these guys was professional and way above what I've experienced at other places. Great team and would take my car back in a heart beat. Also, after price comparisons with many other shops, My Auto Surgeon was hands down the best price for what my needs were ($was quoted up to $5,000 from several others).

Good little shop. I've taken several of my vehicles here for repairs and routine maintenance. They're always friendly and get the job done in a timely manner for a fair price. I can say with 100% confidence these guys are honest and trustworthy. 2 critical things you need in an auto repair shop!

I hate to be that one person that gives one star but I am not judging it on their service I am literally judging it on the lack of any service. I first called and the guy said hold please but i waited for so long I hung up. I called back probably a little over an hour later. Maybe the guy completely forgot if so then my apologies for such a low rating but I called and asked for a smog and oil change, gave him my information and he told me that he would call me back within the hour. I never heard anything back so of course I had to move onto the next. Update: Called at 2:03 pm 6/21

These guys are awesome! I called them this morning 6-19-19 and asked them if they could help me get my minor repair done because I had an appointment in 45 minutes that I couldn't miss. I didn't expect any shop to be able to help me on such short notice without an appointment and get the job done. They went above and beyond. I got to the shop within 10 minutes and they had a open rack waiting for me and a mechanic who got right on it. They finished my work within 20 minutes! Not to mention they charged me less than half of what a couple other shops quoted me. Another shop told me I was looking at an hour minimum to do the job they finished in 20 minutes. My car is fixed and they did an excellent job. 5 stars all around. I'll definitely be returning next time I need car repairs. Thanks everyone at My Auto Surgeon!

Me and my family were planning a trip to Disneyland, driving mind you...so I went to get my tires checked at AMERICA'S TIRES in ROSEVILLE and asked if they had a referral for someone to check my brakes and they gave me this place! As a woman there's always that fear someone will take advantage of you and it's happened on 2 different occasions by 2 big brake companies in ROSEVILLE! But I have to be honest with you, Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable, checked my brakes and didn't try to scam me in any way! I would highly recommend My Auto Surgeon for future services hands down!

The guys are great. Affordable and will work on justl about anything (Justin the owner) has top group of guys working for him. Nice job guys!
