Rocklin Auto Repair

This is the only repair shop I will ever take my car to again. I was quoted over $400 dollars for a fix, I took it here and paid $138. Honest, quick (two hours and it was ready), and a very friendly staff! Marlene was awesome. Take your car here!

I am continually humbled and floored by the kindness & generosity of the folks at My Auto Surgeon. Seriously. If you are looking for an AMAZING (& trustworthy!) auto mechanic in the Roseville/Rocklin, CA area.... I simply cannot recommend them enough! I will never take my family's cars anywhere else!!

Very reliable shop. I only had an alignment done, but the other reviews were correct. Great shop and staff, and waiting area with coffee, tv, and wifi! Will go there again!

where do i start... first the good things : everybody is very kind and assures you they will get everything figured out. the owner responds very quickly to yelp messaging and is accomodating... and the towing company they have is convenient. i had to tow my car to this shop because the ignition switch cut out. they were able to send their tow guy out and had it towed to the shop. unfortunately, cameron, while he is a good salesman doesn't really know jack shit about cars. so he will likely OVER quote you for whatever is needed... for a repair shop that has auto surgeon in the name, they could not replace electrical wiring in a classic car... when greg called me he was polite but extremely insistent that i take the car from the shop as soon as possible. when i said that i could not find a shop that was open on the weekends to take it to he threatened a 25 dollar holding fee per day... guys i understand you are busy... but if you're that busy just move to a bigger location! do yourself and the customers a favor. so in the end, i ended up wasting alot of time, getting unnecessarily stressed out about being pressured to get my car out ( to an auto shop that can handle actual repairs) and spending $120 ( towing the car there , then back) just to get a call saying " oh i'm sorry we checked the wiring and we are not comfortable working on it" ... If you are trying to get your cars oil changed, or alignment, or maybe a headlight replaced, basically tasks that you could probably do on your own with a bit of time, do visit auto surgeon. But if you are in need of actual repairs on your car, maybe go somewhere where the people know what the hell they're doing.

I've never had a repair shop actually charge me less than the quote...until NOW. These guys are great and bill you the actual amount of time they work on the car, not what the book tells them how long it takes to fix it. Ya, saved over $100 on a sunroof repair and they didn't even charge me for a few little quick fixes that any other shop would have overcharged me at least $100 just because they could. (spring on my gas tank lid & antenna repair). Auto Surgeon want to build long lasting customers and want you to come back...WILL Do. I've sent half my office here and the other half will be there when they need a service. Highly recommend. Honest, nice and don't fix what you don't need to have done.

Went in today to get a smog check, comfortable clean waiting area with complimentary water and coffee. In and out (passed) in 25 minutes. Very professional. Will definitely go back

Hard to believe 5 stars as I had a 2 star experience. Basically I have commercial vehicles and needed them diagnosed and repaired timely. I had my truck ther for 2 days and they did not change the oil and my truck still runs rough. I got charged $215.00 give or take a few bucks for a oxegen sensor. It was installed on Thursday. On Friday I called at 8am and was told they would call me back t 11. They did not call so at 12 I called and was told it's ready. When I got there my truck was parked on a residential street and out of direct sight. I brought it to Scotties in Rocklin and he had to call my auto surgeon and determination was to change another O2 sensor as it still ran the same rough way. I did get a call from owner and also a refund but I'm still out my time and headache. I did also discuss with the owner a a day or two prior fishing for a goto mechanic for small fleet. I get that possibility a bad employee may be the cause but that's what happen and hopefully this review helps sculp this business to improve.

My Auto Surgeon has always done a great job on my car, but a particular employee's customer service is what warrants this five star rating. Eric's customer service skills has far exceeded ANY I've dealt with in terms of auto repair. He was very personable and accomodating to any need that guests had. Even in the face of an irrational woman who was at fault for coming into the wrong location, Eric's spectacular demeanor didn't falter. Eric noticed the small details and went above and beyond to make sure everyone, irrational woman included, felt comfortable and welcomed. From noticing a particular keychain and connecting with guests to seeing that a guest had an iPad with them and offering the WiFi password without being asked, it's this level of customer service that will keep me coming back to this place. I'm very comfortable in giving My Auto Surgeon a five-star rating thanks to his exceptional efforts. It might seem insignificant to some, but the little things he does most definitely goes a long way. Keep up the terrific work!

Great service. AWESOME waiting room with a tv. Good service. Very affordable. They even checked on me to see if I needed more waterwhen i was waiting watching tv on the very clean leather couchs. Ill be back. Thanks!!!
