Just used Justin (My Auto) for the first time. Absolutely excellent! Highly recommended from America's Tire---I see why. Professional and very reasonably priced. Clearly he wants you as a repeat customer and not a one time "rip off artist" --- he's got my business!!

Wow, just moved to the area & needed routine oil change - saw other reviews & called - friendly, professional, serviced in timeframe indicated - honest! FYI - in light industrial area, no shopping, coffee, time consuming thing to do - BUT - do have comfy in&outdoor sitting, Keurig coffee, TV, free WIFI...yes, I will be back!

My Auto Surgeon had worked on many of my cars and whether they were replacing parts or just doing regular service, the service they provide is world-class and so is the work they do. Honest, intelligent, reliable group of guys. Great pricing too!

They are less expensive than other shops, honest and do great work. All things that go a long way for me and my family. If these things are important to you, then I highly recommend My Auto Surgeon! Brought our SUV in for a brake inspection after getting a quote from a bigger chain shop. I didn't trust the reco so I went to My Auto Surgeon for a 2nd opinion. While I waited my turn I listened to Justin explain what they fixed on another customer's car. He had before/after pic and old parts to show exactly what they did. I've never seen this! I've always had to take the shop's word for it! Impressive! For our car, Justin and his team determined it was not a safety requirement to change my pads/rotors even though I was told otherwise by the 1st shop. Justin gave me an honest assessment of timing until we should replace them. They charged us less then the big chain auto shop so we chose to get it done here. Overall great experience!

Since moving to Roseville 2 years ago with 2 cars to be maintained we have only used My Auto Surgeon as our "go to place" for both routine maintenance and repair work. The recommendation we got from friends to use My Auto Surgeon for our cars was priceless . From the start when you first walk in you know you are dealing with people who like their work. Prices are fair, everything is made clear, service is dependable. It is a great feeling to have proven confidence in the people you count on to keep your vehicle operating safely. Don't know if this person will write a review, but as I was paying my bill a man arrived for his appointment carrying food, electronics, and reading material because he was from a town over 30 miles away and knew he would be spending the day while they worked on his car! Not many businesses inspire that level of loyalty, this one does.

I have taken my vehicle to this shop and received excellent service by Justin, who initially answered the phone. Marlene was fun and helpful when I brought the vehicle in. Chris was professional and friendly when I picked up. I felt like I received the best deal and the best service. I then referred my parents who brought their vehicle down from Grass Valley. They had the same experience. I have referred two clients since and both have come back to me with excellent reviews. WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST... OR THE WORST FOR A BUSINESS. For this business it is definitely the BEST! Stay humble and happy...I appreciate how you treated me and my family and friends!

Tried this place based on their yelp reviews and we weren't disappointed that we did. There was a small delay with the brake and rotor job they performed... Mainly from a miscommunication but they quickly offered to deliver our vehicle to our next appointment (for tires) to make up for the delay. I was so impressed by their customer service that I ordered pizza for them the following week...wish more businesses were run like this. We will definitely return in the future.

You can't say enough good things about the staff and service here! I drive past several automotive shops that are closer to where I live. Worth the drive 100%. Only place I will take my car as well as send my friends!

Now you don't deduct the diagnostic fee from the final repair bill? Interesting and completely contradictory to what you told me last year when we brought the same vehicle in for something else. I wish you cared about your customers as much as you care about this review.
