I love my auto surgeon. But on this occasion I took my car in for an alignment I noticed but didn't pay attention that the service tech took a quick start to my car to start it. The next morning I got in my car to start it and the battery was dead and nobody informed me that I had a problem with my battery. If somebody would have told me that while I was there my auto surgeon could have sold and installed the battery for me

Auto surgeon is very efficient and fast they got us right in they did the job and they were just really great people to deal with I felt that they were very honest and I will recommend them to any woman or a man that doesn't know much about fixing cars they're not out to rip you off like most of them

Best customer service, Amazing Technicians, and worth every penny. From a basic oil change to a hardcore issue, I always tell all my family and friends to come here. They care about you and will get you safely back on the road <3!

Alright, so here's an honest update. The owner, Justin, called me as noted in his response. We discussed the issues that I had and my frustration in the process. There was some miscommunication between me and the service advisor, and my expectations were outside of what is included in the standard alignment process... with or without aftermarket suspension. Justin offered to schedule a time for him and his Jeep specialist to meet with me and perform another alignment, noting that they would adjust anything and everything that can be adjusted in order to dial in the Jeep. I met with him today and all is good. Even though my first experience with My Auto Surgeon was lacking, Justin is a solid guy and manages his business very well. I have full confidence in this facility knowing that Justin actually cares about his customers.

These guys are awesome. They are as prompt as they are friendly. While sitting in their very comfortable waiting room I had the chance to observe them interacting with several customers. They took all the time necessary to explain to them different options and what various services entailed. If you need a "go-to" shop that you can trust with whatever you drive, try these guys first. I promise it will shorten your search.

Just moved back to California and had to get the smog cert for my out of state vehicle. These guys provided prompt and courteous service...had me in and out in no time. As a result they will be my go to wherever I need something done to my Camry!

Wow! For having to tow my car into their shop to having to pay a lot of mula for repairs, I dont feel one bit upset about it because these guys provide INPECCABLE service! EVERY time I called the shop, I always spoke to one of 2 people and they always knew exactly who I was. They didnt begin any repairs or further repairs until they consulted me and let me know the price. As far as my experience goes, they are nothing but full of integrity. I will absolutely consider them "my" mechanic for all my future needs! Thanks so much for saving our family's little Elantra!
