on the way to work mid week , my passenger window FELL into the door! I pulled into My Auto Surgeon 1/2 hour before they opened and hoped for the best. first man in DID NOT JUST WALK BY MY VEHICLE. he stopped and asked if I was dropping off. I told home my story…. he says come in! I’ll give you an estimate and have the guys look at it NOW! I almost cried for happiness. with a VERY short time I was in the road. unbelievable! GO THERE, TRUST THEM. Super ethics WOW

It was great working with Dan at My Auto Surgeon. He helped to dial me in with them and get my car in top shape. Giving them a deposit to get the parts needed one day, they called me the next day with parts in hand to schedule my appointment. Dropping my car off Friday morning, I was called to pick it up later that day. In, out, and completely satisfied, I recommend My Auto Surgeon to anyone looking for honest, fast, quality work done on their automobile.

I was in need of a 4 wheel alignment after purchasing 4 new tires from America’s Tire, and they recommended My Auto Surgeon. So, I went on Yelp, saw the great reviews, and made an appointment. Arrived at appointment (a few mins early), I was checked in by Chris (really nice guy) and off I went. My car was completed as promised and I left a happy camper. Car no longer pulls to the right. Great price, and staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

The customer service here has been by far the best experience I've had when dealing any mechanical issues. They are experienced and knowledgeable. The fact that I needed a tow and didn't have to coordinate with the tow truck personally was a huge relief. I also felt that there prices were reasonable. I would high recommend them to everyone.
