They have always been great. However, this time I didn’t get a call when my vehicle is done so that I can give my payment method and let them know that I will have to pick it up after hours. Cameron and Chris are usually good on doing this.

I’ve had my car serviced several times at My Auto Surgeon and am impressed with the courtesy and willingness to explain the repairs advised and the reasons for them. Staff are very friendly and patient. I recently had an unexpected dragging sound under my car and they fit me in on the same day and then didn’t charge me after the inspection showed that all was fine (the dragging sound resolved on my drive to the shop). Their prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this car repair business.
