This is the first time I don't have to deal with BS and they are a deaf friendly environment to meet my accessible. Keep it up with this business.

This was my first time I used "My Auto Surgeon" for my Dodge Ram 2500 SLT truck for some general maintenance (i.e. Oil change, Oil Filter, Cab Filter, etc.). They take photos of your vehicle all the way around, during the sign in, prior to working on your car/truck. I decided to schedule to have them make repairs on my A/C unit, as well, so it would work properly. They honor their work with a 24 month/24,000 mile guarantee on the work they performed. That provides added confidence they have on their work. It gives you a piece of mind & satisfaction their work was done correctly, when you leave. They have a very welcoming & friendly staff. I worked with Seth handling my truck repairs, he had everything checked, completed and done on time or earlier, as promised. I find them to be a very honest, honorable and true to their word company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your repairs too!!! You can depend on them and quality work too!!!

I've been using My Auto Surgeon for years and thought it was high time I wrote a review. Not only are these guys reliable, reasonably priced and great mechanics, but they are all about their customers too. For years, Cameron worked the front desk. Now, he's in the shop and Chris is working the desk. These guys are excellent! Incredibly professional and courteous. I recommend M-A-S to everyone. Give them a try and find out for yourself!

The best experience ever!! Clean waiting room, bathroom - even the bays were clean! Tammy and ‘Pear’ we’re running the front desk- awesome! Friendly and patient. Tim the mechanic was honest in letting me know a service I didn’t even need, no taking advantage of me 😊I’ll be back!

Get my SMOG and (my alignment once as well) done here They're very friendly and professional. It's a bit challenging for me to come here as they are no longer open on Saturdays, but worth the extra effort.

This review is for the Rocklin location. I brought my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed it in a few hours and promptly updated me. They ordered the parts and fixed the issue quickly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend My Auto Surgeon.

We've been going to My Auto Surgeon for years upon a recommendation from a friend. We've had so many amazing experiences but the most recent was today, July 16, 2021. We were told by the auto dealer our brakes needed to be replaced upon a recall fix. We knew our brakes were getting old...but wanted to give My Auto Surgeon the business vs the dealer. It has been about 6 months since our recall fix so we decided it was time to get the brakes replaced. I just got a call from My Auto Surgeon that stated the brakes still have about 5,000 or more miles on them. So no need to replace. My Auto Surgeon could have easily just replaced the brakes and charged us! But instead they were honest and had our (customer) best interest in mind. This auto shop has proven to us we can trust them over and over again! This is why we took our car to My Auto Surgeon for the brakes. This is a great bunch of people running this business!
