These guys are great! My husband and I have come here a few times for repairs in the past and they have always provided excellent customer service with fair prices. I most recently sent a request through their website for a quote on a costly repair that had no ETA on when the part would be in stock at the dealership. I received a response quickly for a very reasonable price (basically half what the dealership was quoting) and Auto Surgeon also searched around for other options to get the part asap so I could get the repair done sooner than later. The part came within a week from inquiring about the cost/timeframe and took only about 2hrs after drop off for them to repair my car. I would probably be waiting another month or longer if I went with the dealership. Tami was also very kind, courteous and helpful when I called to schedule my appointment and during drop off/pickup. Really happy with the level of service Auto Surgeon provides and will continue coming back!

Quick and competent!

Went here for a smog check. Won't ever go anywhere else. Everyone was super nice, and they were quick and efficient. Excellent!

These guys went above and beyond. I lifted my truck and they did the alignment- very punctual and very competitive pricing. Helped give me free advice for a couple other small issues I had with the truck - overall very good service.

My Auto Surgeon saved me 2500 bucks. Les Schwab said I needed my whole front end replaced on my 2005 K2500. Got a second opinion to make sure and no work was needed. Only an alignment. Very grateful for their honesty. I will be back for sure and will be recommending others to take their cars and trucks to them.

This is for the Rocklin location! Very helpful/informative, welcoming, and a family-like atmosphere. The shop had a coffee station, lounge seating area, and a table seating area. Decent wifi for your internet needs and the area can provide a nice space to study/work while you wait for your vehicle (has 2 outlets for your chargers). I came there to install rotors and brakes and they've done the job splendidly and quickly. They are able to install customer-purchased parts at a higher price point and also provide the option to order from their own shop to slightly lower your cost. Very quick, clear-cut, and honest shop!

My daughters car brokedown in Roseville and Chris was recommneded to us by a friend. Chris was awesome and helped diagnose the issue with the car and helped us get it towed to his shop. Great communication and happy to help anyway they could. I wish we had a shop like this where I lived.

Super friendly people. They etched my catalytic converter for free and even opened up the business early. Definitely would come back for other repairs.
