As someone who is not very knowledgeable on car care, I know that the whole team will happily explain anything and answer any questions I have. They’re always incredibly kind and polite and their waiting room is comfortable with coffee included! Great service

I appreciate all of the guys at My Auto Surgeon. I’ve been using this shop for several years to service my 2013 VW Jetta. The employees are always courteous and friendly. They take time to explain things that need to be done, and help to prioritize if you can’t do it all in one shot without making you feel like a loser in the process. One time I was in the vicinity and my right mirror glass was about to fall off. I pulled in without appointment and they did a temporary fix in parking lot without charge - still good a few years later! They might be a bit pricey but worth it - I will never go to a dealer or elsewhere again. Trust is priceless.

These guys do a great job. It's hard for an old shade tree mechanic to let anyone else work on my cars. But I trust them to do the right repairs.
