From the initial phone call to the first contact upon arrival, the team at My Auto Surgeon was incredibly friendly, professional, and they made me feel like they genuinely cared about me as a customer. They even went out of their way to get the parts (break pads) picked up by someone on their team in order to get my car done by the end of day, as I needed to be on the road early the next morning.
