My daughters car brokedown in Roseville and Chris was recommneded to us by a friend. Chris was awesome and helped diagnose the issue with the car and helped us get it towed to his shop. Great communication and happy to help anyway they could. I wish we had a shop like this where I lived.

Super friendly people. They etched my catalytic converter for free and even opened up the business early. Definitely would come back for other repairs.

I recently had a very wonderful experience here. The gentleman on the phone and at the counter had a very friendly and inviting attitude which was very appreciated. They fixed the issue with my vehicle quicker than expected and at an incredible deal! It was my first experience with them and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.

I had a water leak in my 2005 Jeep Liberty. This was my first experience with this company. They are very nice and respectful. They found one leak and replaced the water reservoir. Then I took it home and it was still leaking. I took it back and they found my radiator was cracked as well. When I took it home, again it was still leaking. I spoke with the manager and he apologized about the situation. When I brought my car in the last time he looked over the engine with me and I pointed out where we believed the leak was from a hose. They fixed it this last time and didn't charge me for the labor or hose. They were committed to righting the situation. They always followed up with me and communicated very well. I would highly recommend this place. I felt they were honest and up front with me the whole time. If I have any future auto issues, this is the place I will be brings them to.

These guys have worked on my BMWs (newer and older), a newer Mustang, and a 70s era VW Bug. They just crush it each and every time. They are knowledgeable, professional, very friendly and courteous, and their recap of services rendered is always detailed and complete. No one likes spending money on car repairs, but at least with My Auto Surgeon I always feel as though it is (a) money well spent and (b) a value when acknowledging the service that I receive. Strongly recommended!

I called the Roseville location and from the beginning of the conversation with Chris, I knew that I was in good hands. I was able to schedule a next day appointment for a wheel alignment for my SUV after getting new tires. When I arrived, Tammy took very good care of me and showed me the customer lounge after explaining the process and billing, who does that anymore, great employee! I am very impressed and would recommend this auto repair store. I will definitely be back!
