I was told by another mechanic that I needed new front and back brakes; I only had enough money to do the front. 6 months later I go to My Auto Surgeon to do the back brakes and it turns out I didn't even need new ones. And they didn't charge me to tell me I didn't need new ones. I will be coming here FOREVER just because I can trust them to tell me the truth instead of gouging me for every penny.

Their quote "we only charge you for the work you actually need" is totally honest. I have been bringing my 96 F-150 to them for 3 years. They have been nothing but honest and fair. They make great referrals for tire and body work. I wouldn't bring my truck to anybody but them. Stop looking for a mechanic because you found the best with My Auto Surgeon.

These guys are amazing. I was referred to them buy a friend and they were everything and more from what I was told. They got me in and out in a timely manner and for some of the best if not THE best rates I've seen. I would 110% recommend them to everyone I know.

This place is great! I took my car here because 2 of my neighbors recommended this shop. They are friendly, honest and priced fairly. I had my transmission shut down and Justin took my car in on a Sunday. He then figured out it was a result of a repair done by another shop. He took pictures of the transmission where the faulty repair happened and I was able to get the other shop to fix it. Justin didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis! I will recommend this shop to all my friends and family, great place!

I have taken both of our vehicles here now and this shop is outstanding. They are HONEST, priced well and the customer service is outstanding. Hopefully I won't need them often! If they can continue these three elements while still delivering quality work they'll have many more shops in the near future. Great work guys and thanks!

I can honestly say best customer service I've ever had from an auto service. They communicate well, don't over price you, and let you know exactly what needs to be done, and the price. If you ever want you car repaired this is the best auto repair service ever. I had taken my Ford Escape to Future Ford in Roseville, Ca. for an oil change and check over, When they came to tell my car was done they told me my rear end differential pinion seal leak. So I took to My Auto Surgeon to have it check. When they look at it they said there was nothing wrong with it, and taking my money would be wrong. This place so AWESOME! They really know how to treat their customers.

Really honest, good work, although I pretty much do my own work on vehicles, if I must take it somewhere, this would be the place!
