Super friendly, quick work, will come back again! Took my rav4 in for some work and they got it done super quick. Kevin answered all my questions, told me about other work I could look into if I wanted, and had some of the best customer service skills I've encountered. The price was reasonable too! Minus the stuff the dealer does for free, I will bring my car here for all work.

So I took my Ford Expedition to My Auto Surgeon after the AC went out during a 100 degree week. They were able to fix it for half of what the Ford dealer quoted me. The workers were very professional and my AC is working GREAT! I defiantly recommend this shop!!! Thanks Again!

A great experience, I made an appointment for my work van alignment, I showed just a couple minutes before my appointment time, they were ready and took my vehicle right in, this is the first shop I have ever been to where having an appointment actually means something. The price was reasonable, reasonable enough that while I was there I got a quote to fix the A/C in my personal vehicle, and guess what? I will be bringing it in, the price was not Cheap, but it was not out in left field either, it was reasonable and I felt that there was VALUE to what they offer, their hourly labor rate is reasonable, I like these guys, Justin seems to run his business like I run mine, fair...one must make a living but not by gouging others, and I like that way of thinking. My last shop got too big for their own britches and priced themselves right out of my rolodex and out of my referrals.

One word: outstanding! I have never experienced better customer service at an auto repair shop.

This place went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed and back on the road. Great service and would recomend them to anyone who needs work done on their car.

My daughter priced a set of tires and brake job at Firestone. What exorbitant prices they are trying to charge. I advised her to get at least two estimates and I'm glad she did. I called America's Tires and they priced some tires for me which we will go back to buy a set for my car and a set for my daughter's car. I asked them if they repair brakes, the man said no. I ask if there's a place he would recommend, he told me about My Auto Surgeon. My daughter made an appointment with them, her car was taken in promptly, she said the shop is nice and clean and the people there were really nice. She decided she would go ahead and take care of her front brakes. They did a wonderful job at a reasonable price too. I have never been to this shop but it would be the first on my list if I need a shop. I recently took a trip with my family and friends to do some off-roading and on the way back my jeep started having issues with leaking transmission and misfire. I had pulled over in Lincoln (freeway shoulder) to check what was leaking/ smoking and not 2 minutes go by when Justin pulls up in front and comes to help us out. He then continued to get under my jeep and look for the issue for me right there with out hesitation. He then looked under my hood and offered me plenty of advice on what could be the problem and how to take care of it. I couldn't believe that someone would take their time to offer me info and to help out. He then suggested a towing company that wasn't to expansive nearby.
